300 calls received by firefighters during these days

The Fire Service have made 330 trips during the night and until today at 14h00 noon for incidents related to heavy winds. The vast majority of notices received in Tarragona and actions have been mostly to remove fallen trees on the road, blinds, signs or other objects or walls in public.

In Salou, for example, two trees have fallen in the street, Avenida Carlos Buïgas and have damaged an electrical installation. The incident has left some locals without electricity.
